I was teaching full-time in the public school system. I was under stress, working hard, still living paycheck to paycheck, had no time for myself, and could barely make ends meet, even though I was working 50 hours a week and had a “successful career.”

I knew there must be something more. I got a laptop and started a personal blog about my life and my feelings and my desires and relationships. During my lunch hours and breaks, there I’d be, typing away. “The call” began to grow and I just knew there had to be more to life than this.
