How I Know I’ll Be the Next Judy Blume and How You Can Know Your Destiny, Too

Dr. Katy Jane is a well-known Vedic Astrology reader and served as an adjunct professor at Naropa University, in Boulder, Colorado.

I saw her for a reading of my chart a couple of years ago and what she said changed my life.

She said, without knowing me at all, “You have a very lucky configuration in your chart, which is called, The Snake of Time. All of your planets are situated between the two nodes of the moon. What that gives you is an opportunity for extraordinary greatness in the realm of writing and publishing.”

I was so excited. Regardless of whether or not she had her ear pressed to the wall of God’s office, this timely message planted a seed that perhaps, truly, my life-long dream was not one created from a pipe, as they say, but a real, bona-fide alignment to my life’s purpose and destiny.

“You have luck and good fortune to be in the right place, at the right time, when it comes to writing and publishing; particularly for children’s books. If you want to be the next Judy Blume, you can do it; Your chart is aligned for it.”

She went on to say, “You will be an exquisite author. Very well-known. You have good fortune when it comes to fantasy and screen-plays. You could write block-buster movies.”

Her final question to me was, “Why not go for that? You should go for that.”

She also said I had a talent for illustrating these books for young people, am a great cartoonist, have a very vivid imagination, and a great sense of humor that will greatly impact young minds.

There is nothing more I would rather do in this life than write amazing books. (Other than hang with you, of course. 😉

I share this with you today because I listened to the reading again, as I often do, when the voice inside begins to tell me I will never succeed. I hear her words and I feel the fire inside that desires to birth my greatness and knows that I can do it.

Last night, I read a part of my book to someone for the first time.

I have been writing this book for eleven months now. Dreaming of it for longer. Some of those months, more accurately, I have been completely ignoring that book.

Last night, I pulled it out and read it aloud. As I read, I was astounded by how good it is.

I have read a lot of books. I have spent years finding great books and reading them aloud to children. I know good writing when I see it.

Friends, my book might be really good.

As soon as I say it, I hesitate. There it is again, that voice. In case it’s crap, well, just forget I ever said it was good. Oh, but what if it is!!??

I then began imagining the movie, the lunch pales, the action figures.

I started researching the net worth of famous writers. (J.K Rowling has an estimated worth of 798 million. Get your head wrapped around that.)

I plan to visualize, think big, hold my grand dreams in a high light and birth this dream, slowly but surely.

The light at the end of the tunnel is becoming brighter and I think I might just be sitting on a gold mine.

I’m nurturing the part of me that believes that maybe, just maybe, all my dreams could come true.
