Hi, I'm Rachel Claire

Step One: Ignore Reality

The first thing you need to do to manifest is ignore current reality.

Many of us get bogged down by what we see happening around us. We look at our circumstances and think, Nothing’s working. This isn’t happening. I can’t do this. But what you’re seeing right now is simply the manifestation of past thoughts.

So don’t give it much attention. You’re on a new road now.

Step Two: Concentrate on the Feeling

The second step is to focus on the feeling you want to feel.

Ask yourself: If I already had what I desire — if I were living that life — how would I feel?

For example, let’s say the feeling is fulfillment. Peace. Contentment. Let yourself fully embody that feeling. That feeling is the signal.

Step Three: Visualize, Then Rest

Now visualize yourself living your daily life as if that reality were already true. See it. Feel it.

Then — rest.

You don’t have to strain or obsess. This is a practice you return to regularly, especially at night before sleep. The subconscious mind doesn’t know the difference between imagination and reality. When you imagine something vividly, it accepts it as real.

Florence called this controlled imagination.

Awakening From the Dream of Lack

Florence taught that if you are lacking anything, you are still “asleep to your good.” We are enslaved by ideas of lack — lack of money, love, health, fulfillment — and trapped in what she called the atomic dream.

Christ’s mission, she taught, was to awaken humanity to one power, one intelligence, one source.

This is where healers, practitioners, or trusted guides can help. Often it’s not that you don’t know what you want — it’s that you can’t see your own blind spots. Sometimes it takes another person to reflect back the belief that’s blocking your good.

Vigilance With Thought

Neville said the great secret is controlled imagination and sustained attention.

But this is where many people fall short. When results don’t appear immediately, the mind steps in with fear, doubt, and old stories of limitation.

Florence said, “Eternal vigilance is the price of freedom from negative thought forms.”

You must learn to recognize these thoughts when they arise — and interrupt them.

Cancel them. Clear them. Delete them.

Then replace them with a truth that feels authentic and grounding to you. This is how we rewire the brain. Neuroplasticity shows us that new beliefs create new neural pathways.

The Power of Your Word

Florence taught that by your word you are justified.

What you speak, think, and affirm is creative. That’s why it’s important to talk about your affairs as little as possible. The world is full of wet blankets — people who will tell you it can’t be done or that you’re aiming too high.

Instead, ask Spirit for leads and hunches — and then follow them.

The intuitive person is never undecided. They are guided.

Ask — and Then Listen

One of the most fascinating things I see in my work is how many spiritual people aren’t actually asking for help. We hope. We wish. We read. But we don’t always believe deeply enough to ask.

If you want guidance, you must ask — and then pay attention.

Be willing to take bold action when the hunch arrives, even when the logical mind protests.

Snow White and the Subconscious

Florence used Snow White as a metaphor for manifestation.

The cruel stepmother represents negative subconscious beliefs that keep us in rags and limitation. The forest animals represent intuition and divine guidance. The prince symbolizes the divine plan dissolving old thought forms and awakening us to our true life.

Nothing can hinder or delay the divine plan of your life.

Final Reminder

Ignore reality.
Concentrate on the feeling.
Visualize — and rest.

Be vigilant with your thoughts. Ask for guidance. Follow your hunches. Cancel the inner critic when it appears.

If you’re sensitive, intuitive, and empathic — grounding, clearing your energy, and protecting your field are essential. Please check out my free guided meditation linked below to help with that.

Keep on keeping on, my friends. I’ll see you on the flip side.
