World Traveller:
From Europe to Asia to Central America, I began traveling overseas at the age of ten. I infuse my teaching, healing and writing with an internationally minded perspective. My favorite adventures include swimming in the warm sea off Tulum, Mexico, whilst watching the sun rise, zip-lining 100 feet above the rainforest canopy of Costa Rica, cruising the Fjords of Norway, riding the Bullet Train in Japan, hiking Mt. Fuji, and getting lost in a maze on the grounds of a castle in England.
Bodhisattva:
Perhaps the greatest journey one can take is into the Self. I practice Vipassana meditation and have completed a ten day, silent, meditation retreat in the forests of Northern California, where I learned this 2500 year old technique, originally taught by Gautama the Buddha.
Healer:
On a spiritual journey for all of my adult life, I have experience with Reiki, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Massage, Acupuncture, Acupressure, Clairvoyant Readings, Soul Retrieval, Plant medicine, Ayurveda herbs and counseling, therapy, Landmark Education, yoga, meditation, Access Consciousness, Byron Katie’s, “The Work” The Law of Attraction (Abraham Hicks) and Circling work. I draw upon all these healing modalities to inform my teaching, healing and writing.
Shamanic Healing:
I have a background in Shamanic healing. I studied with a Shaman and participated in the healing rites and rituals of this lineage including Grandmother ceremony, Journeying, and Soul Retrieval. I continue to study Female Shamanism and am an active dreamer, gaining insight, wisdom and guidance from the dreamworld.
