To follow up, I’d like to share some important ways I healed were regular massage and acupuncture. I can’t say enough about how important it is to give regular, deep, touch, even if it is self massage, to the muscles, after your cast is removed and it’s safe. Touch heals. Also, getting the chi, the energy, flowing is so important for healing. Acupuncture rocks!
