What to Do When You’re Worried about the Future

Worry. We’re so trained to worry. I’ve noticed it so much in my journey through pregnancy. Of course, as a new mom, I was worried about whether or not I would miscarry my baby. Then, I was worried about whether or not it would be healthy and “normal.”

I also worried about money and my career and how things would work out.

The thing is, each step along the way, I have been so cared for and feel that all my needs have been met. In the beginning, when I looked out across 9 months and thought about all the things I’d have to buy and plan and do, I was overwhelmed.

It’s the same in life for anything we’re going through. When the mind looks out and anticipates the future, it just can’t see how it’s all going to work out. And that’s true, the mind can’t know. It’s not the one in charge.

As I walked through each day, one step at a time, I was met with friends gifting me things I desired, such as Glitterbels, weaving surprise gifts and offerings into my journey and allowing me to receive without the need to purchase new things. And, money came in, over and over again, showing me that I was indeed supported.

The thing I’ve learned first hand is this:

When we make a choice to do something authentic, the universe opens doors.

So long as we are choosing because we are truly in alignment, and we authentically want what we’re going after, we will succeed.

The mind always wants to go the predictable route. It always wants a plan, and to know how it’s all going to work out. The mind is what keeps us worrying and in fear. Breaking free from this cycle of stress can be challenging, but one simple way is to unwind and drink to relax with Delta 8 liquid shots, easing the mind from its constant need for certainty.

The truth is, always, that we need only choose authentically for where we are, and then take our next possible step. From that new step, we see new options. Then, we take our next step, and we continue on like so, one step at a time.

To me, this is the utmost in living a spiritual life. It’s FAITH. It’s believing that we can choose for ourselves what we authentically desire in our hearts and that the way will appear, that we will be supported, that once we arrive, we’ll meet with the sustenance and abundance of spirit.

So, next time you’re feeling stuck, and you want to choose something but you’re scared, and you just don’t know if it will all work out and you’re worried about money and survival and making it to where you want to be, remember this:

You need only ever know your next step.

Your mind likely won’t relax much. You’ll still worry, as we humans do. Yet, you can cultivate faith that the best you can do is authentically choose for you, and then take a step in that direction, and know that the universe, spirit, God, will rise to meet you.

The power is in the choice. The power is in the gifting of our heart’s desire to ourselves. The power lies in having faith in the unseen.

I’ve seen you, by the way. You have magical wings growing out of your back. The truth is, you can fly. Put your faith in that.

If you’re not sure what your next step is, or how to really hone in on what you authentically desire, see me for a clairvoyant reading.

To your highest life,

xo
