Delicious Super Food Smoothie Recipe: 1 banana, 1 cup frozen mango, (or any fruit you like!) 1 cup coconut milk, dash of cacao nibs, 1 spoon full of almond butter, 1 teaspoon maca powder, dash of carob powder, 1 tbsp acai powder, 1 tbsp goji berries, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp probiotics, heaping tbsp of flax seeds (finely ground), honey, dash of cinnamon, heaping tbsp (or two) of greens, hemp powder. Get creative. Mix it up. Play! Enjoy!
