If you are suffering and feeling sad, I highly encourage you to begin a dialogue with God. Whatever that is for you, and whatever you choose to call it, start the conversation now.
You can say, “Hello, Angels? God, are you there? Guides and ancestors, will you help me?”
I have been feeling so good in life, so high, and enjoying every day so much.
The key is gratitude and regular dialogue with spirit.
When you wake, say, “I am alive. Thank you, Angels. I have breath.”
Then, spend a few moments with your breath at the heart.
Then, ask the Angels: please, guide me, speak through me, show me the way, through signs, people, what I feel, hear and see.
And then, most importantly, pay attention. Consider that everything that shows up in your reality is part of your creation, your waking dream, a sign, or guidepost, for you, if only you would honor it as such. Nothing is random.
If you are struggling right now with money, faith, relationships, confusion, I’d be willing to bet that you are not being vigilant about your thoughts. You must interrupt, and even say aloud, “Clear/cancel!” to ANY dis-empowering thoughts you have.
Brainwash yourself with positive information. Start your day with Abraham Hicks, Neale Donald Walsch, listen to the free Hay House Radio shows, read Doreen Virtue, do whatever it takes to begin to have the natural flowing thoughts of your mind be about gratitude. Gratitude is such a high vibration.
Pray for faith, pray for belief in angels or God if it’s hard for you to believe, and begin to talk about only that which you have and are grateful for.
In this day and age, it is imperative that we wake up to the magic power of our word and stop using it to tell the story of what we don’t want, or what we don’t have.
If you don’t have money, you probably think that and say that a lot and that is your vibration, your point of attraction and will only serve to perpetuate a sense and experience of lack.
Some of us may well be really navigating tragedy or heart ache. Even in the darkest of times, we can find the light. If we are alive, we have something to be grateful for. Start with the breath and go on from there.
Here are the top 7 things I’ve done to turn my life around and thrive:
- Regular acupuncture
- Nutrition class
- Pursue creative passion
- Meditate, journal, listen to, think about and write gratitude
- Surround Self with uplifting and like-minded people- this includes reading and listening to positive literature, and taking classes that inspire you!
- Forgive. Everyone. Now.
- Dance. Move. Get it all out in a way that feels good, but use your body as a vital and alive conduit of life force.
Acupuncture lit a fire inside and lifted what seemed to be a cloud keeping me stagnant. If we have an energetic block, if our pulses are off, chi is not flowing as freely as it could. Stimulating and moving the chi pathways of the body will be a jumpstart for your life and I’d do whatever it takes to get yourself to a table. I love 5 elements- ITEA acupuncture.
Food is likely the number one cause of your aches, pains, moods, sadness, depression and disharmony in your relationships. Gluten is a top food irritant and many don’t know the harm it can wreak on your gut. Gas, constipation, diarrhea, fatigue, headaches, bloatedness, and many more can be symptoms of gluten intolerance. The good news is that if you eliminate it from your diet for as little as 3 months, you could reintroduce it and be able to tolerate it without those symptoms.
Getting gluten free and drinking this weight loss juice daily caused me to lose weight, feel energetic, be happy, have harmonious relationships and introduce more fresh veggies and fruits and adequate amounts of protein.
Sugar, soy, corn, eggs, caffeine and white dairy are other top irritants that can cause leaky gut syndrome.
Eliminate, or get allergy tests, or find a local nutritionist like Marcie Goldman, (Boulder) and take control of your life!
Follow Your Heart
Leaving my career to pursue my passions has changed everything. Spending my time on creative endeavors such as this blog, journaling, workshops, yoga, reading and writing a novel have led to me feeling fueled up from within and on fire. We must shine our light and share our gifts, and to do that we have to live our passions and find vehicles for our creativity.
An Attitude of Gratitude
Gratitude makes everything feel good. Keep your attention on what you have. Be like the girl in this video. 🙂 Have fun noticing all your abundance!
FORGIVENESS IS KEY!
We are not victims. Part of the dream of separateness and waking up includes realizing our power to create our reality and the choice we have our whether to chose love or fear. Forgive. Everyone. Now.

Let Your Light Shine
My experience as of late has been much like the poem by Marianne Williamson. I notice that my light is shining, I feel incredible, am on fire and creating my dreams. When I encounter others who are struggling I notice my inclination to dim my light.
My practice now is to still be lit up and turned on, even in the face of confused and sad people. The truth is, my playing small really won’t serve anyone, and I want you to feel great too!
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn’t serve the world.
There’s nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you.
We are all meant to shine, as children do.
We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.
It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
~Marianne Williamson
This is not to say that we can’t allow all parts of our self. We all go through phases, and we can have both. The light and the dark.
If you are struggling, feel it, embody it, dance it, move it, write about it – that is all a natural part of shedding a skin, or purging the past.
The old wounds can come up to be healed and then they release. So, I’m not saying disown, hide, and only show up shiny. I’m saying that in times of great need and struggle, we have power, we have choice, and we can choose to use the resources around us to pull ourselves out. You and I are meant to enjoy life. Let’s do it!
